Francoise Valadie’s family (Estate agents in the Market Hall of Villereal) owned the house for some time and sold it during the 1960’s, her father hid in the cellar under the dining room floor during the 1939/45 war as he was a member of the resistance (the trap door remains to this day). Le Basque has 4/5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms one with Jacuzzi, Spacious Living Room, Dining Room, Country Kitchen/Breakfast Room. The house sleeps 8/10 and pets are welcome. The
house has Central Heating, Wood Burning Stove, "Paul Bouse" double
